We have used it and enjoyed the results. We've noticed this especially for our son, Marcos. When he gets a cold it tends to move to his chest. I used the RC on his feet and tried it on his chest. Even on his feet, it worked really well. On his chest, I discovered that I needed to dilute the RC because it was a bit strong for him. For me, as an adult with medium skin tone, I am fine with putting a small amount on my chest. RC has helped to curb some of Marcos' infections. You are right about applying it on as soon as you see the symptoms begin. We noticed if we waited too long to use the RC, his cold can settle into an infection that then needs an antibiotic.
