Naouli (Melaleuca quinquenervia) is from the Myrtacaea (myrtle) botanical family. It is steam distilled from the leaves and twigs. It is similar to male-hormones, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-parasitic. It facilitates skin penetration particularly with hormones (estradiol). It is helpful for hypertension, urinary tract infections, respiratory infections and allergies.
Dilute 1 part EO with 1 part carrier oil.
It is found in the Young Living blend Melrose.
