With six children in our home we have the potential for a lot of germ exchange. I must say though, we have never had a bug that has gone from one person to the next through the whole family. I know it has not been luck that has help us evade the transmission of illness from one person to the next. I am a germ fanatic and do whatever I can to contain germs. Cleanliness is my number one defense and I use Young Living’s pure therapeutic grade essential oils as the foundation for fighting bacteria without harsh chemicals. Ningxia Red is our main nutrient boost when cold or flu symptoms appear.

The most important steps include frequent hand washings ( Thieves foaming hand sanitizer), washing bed lines and towels (I add a drop of Thieves or Purification essential oil to my laundry soap for extra disinfecting), cleaning my bathrooms with Thieves wipes (you can make your own wipes with Thieves household cleaner and tough paper towels, store them in an old baby wipes container for convenience) and diffusing highly anti-bacterial blends like Thieves, Purification, Christmas Spirit and Frankincense to kill airborne bacteria. Young Living essential oils are also the most important items in our medicine cabinet. In fact, we really don’t have anything else in our medicine chest – no ibuprofen, acetaminophen, or over the counter cough syrups with artificial flavors & colors. This is what we use for colds & flu symptoms:

1st onset: For adults, make up a capsule of Thieves: 2 drops of Thieves essential oil plus 3-6 drops of lemon in gel cap. For kids under 6, a spoonful of agave nectar with 1 drop of lemon essential oil added and 1-2 drops of R.C applied to the bottoms of feet. Use Thieves hand sanitizer to keep germs from spreading. Keep mouth clean where germs multiply with Thieves mouthwash.

Cough medicine - 1 tsp agave nectar with 1 drop of lemon essential oil. For adults add 1 drop Thieves for extra boost. Suck on Thieves lozenges.

Fever – Adults, 3-5 drops peppermint essential oil on each foot. Repeat as needed until fever is gone. Children under 7 – Lavender & Frankincense on bottoms of feet or along spine – repeat as needed until the fever is gone.

Sore Throat – 1 tsp agave nectar with 1 drop of lemon essential oil (Lemon essential oil contains many more nutrients and antioxidants than just lemon juice as the essential oil is distilled from the rind – use only food grade lemon essential oil for ingesting) . For adults and children over 6 add 1 drop of Thieves oil to the spoonful of lemon/agave nectar. Thieves lozenges are also helpful. Gargle with Thieves mouthwash.

Sinus & Chest congestion – R.C. applied to the bottoms of feet, rubbed on the chest or inhaled. Add a few drops to bath water and breath deeply. Frankincense supports the respiratory tract and viruses. Apply to the chest and throat area on lymph glands. Place a drop of frankincense on the tongue to fight viruses. Raven is a Young Living blend made of Ravensara, wintergreen, eucalyptus radiata, lemon and peppermint. It is especially effective when layered with the R.C blend. Breathe Again Roll-on is a convenient blend to apply directly to the chest or Vita-Flex points for breathing relief due to cold and asthma.

Cold/Canker Sores – suck on a Thieves lozenge or apply a drop of Thieves essential oil directly to the spot to alleviate pain and speed healing. Peppermint oil also may help when applied directly.

Headache /body aches – Raindrop Technique, apply peppermint or Panaway on the forehead and temples or lemon essential oil on the big toe. Soak in a mineral bath like Ancient Minerals with 3-4 drops of lavender essential oils added.

Vomiting/diarrhea - peppermint essential oil applied to bottoms of feet, on the belly and 1 drop in water to sip. Children under 6 should not use peppermint oil, instead use Frankincense or ginger essential oil on the feet and belly. After 1 hour of no vomiting, gradually introduce liquids. Dilute 1 oz. Ningxia Red with 4-5 ounces of water is a gentle way to start adding nutrients.

Inner Defense is a supplement that contains 4 different types of Oregano. This is highly antibacterial, research shows this blend is as powerful as some antibiotics. When using Inner Defense, 10-12 hours later take a probiotic likeLife 5. For example, Inner Defense in the morning, Life 5 at bedtime to replenish healthy intestinal flora.

In addition to some of these suggestion make sure to add some homemade chicken soup, drinking plenty of high quality fluids, rest and some common sense to ensure a quick recovery. Always seek the advice of your doctor for serious illness.

Are you investing in your health or just spending money on treating symptoms? The difference in these two philosophies is you pay now in healthy living or you pay later at the doctor’s office. In our family, we have chosen to invest in our health – organic, whole foods, vitamins, essential oils, toxin free home & personal care items exercise and an active lifestyle. I am choosing to put money into areas that will keep our immune systems strong and as a result, it has been years since anyone has been on antibiotics (2009 when one of my kids came down with strep throat ). The few times we go to the doctor is for physicals to get paperwork up to date and to keep a relationship going with a family doctor in case an emergency should arise. I’m thankful we spend zero dollars on prescriptions every year and I can put that money into wholesome foods and high quality personal and home care ingredients.

Buyer Beware! There is a caveat to “healthy living”: there are a lot of products claiming to be “natural” and many are filled with toxic chemicals that many people are trying to avoid. A study at the University of Minnesota found many products listed as “healthy” tainted with pharmaceuticals, the biggest offenders were weight loss, sexual enhancement and body building supplements. Read labels and go with a name brand you trust. If a product promises unrealistic results or with no effort on your part to change your lifestyle it may be too good to be true and probably will be a waste of your money.

Switching to healthier living requires changing your perspective. Someone once mentioned they could not afford essential oils. At first glance they do seem expensive when you look at packaging size which is pretty small. In the U.S. we are used to buying chemical loaded products filled with water in big packages to make us feel like we are getting our money’s worth. Organic foods might seem more expensive, but so are convenient, nutritionless foods used as entertainment. The truth is if you compare apples to apples the healthy products win out by far. Plus, some healthy options like Therapeutic Grade essential oils have been around for thousands of years and are still used in other cultures today, keeping people healthy without chemicals. For what they offer, essential oils are really economical. Let’s look at a bottle of food grade lemon essential oil that costs $12 for a 15ml bottle. This little bottle contains the equivalent of 250 bottles of synthetic vitamin flavored water, or can make 15 bottles of cough syrup. Obviously the savings is with the essential oil – in dollars and in health value.

Where is your money going for healthcare? I thought I had gotten rid of most of the “drugs” in my medicine cabinet and to my surprise the other day I found a drawer full of unused products. They were all expired, the oldest one a brand new bottle of indigestion medicine that expired in 2005, another a tube of “anti-itch” medication that never worked. And honestly, I was so thankful to toss out the chemical, red colored acetaminophen syrup for my kids that I never had to use. So let me ask you, where is the savings in unused – expired – chemical filled products? You might even think I’m extreme in saying you should factor in the potential cost of Chemo, ADD drugs, Anti-depressents, Thyroid medication, anti-biotics, name your medication, whenever you use those drugs with additives, colors and products with unknown or harmful ingredients and packaged foods with controversial additives like high fructose corn syrup, MSG and aspartame. I can also say it’s a lot more fun spending money in the health food store and farmer’s markets than the local pharmacy (and there are plenty of them to choose from, becoming as common as those golden arches fast food restaurants)

Do you want to be healthier but don’t know where to begin? Einstein said “Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results” What are you trying to change in your life? health? weight? energy? less toxins? There are essential oils that can help with all of these issues and more. The great thing is the essential oils are versatile, many are antibacterial and they don’t expire (unless they have chemicals or fillers in them). You can use peppermint oil for joint and muscle pain, headaches, energy, cold sores, fevers and more. Each essential oil can replace dozens of over the counter products that have 1 use. Are you ready to clean out your medicine cabinet and invest in products that will support your immune system? I’m glad I’ve made the transition to investing in our health and I can help you do the same. In the weeks to come I’ll be sharing specific ways to save money on health care costs including my next article, a video post on my favorite uses of lemon essential oil.

I knew summer was almost here when my four-year old came in the house with two scraped knees, his brother an hour later with a sliver . The biggest change I make in first aid supplies this time of year is simply buying more band-aids for my portable oils case. I also stock up on those instant ice packs from a local sporting goods store. You’re probably mindful of the foods you eat, creating a natural first aid kit is just an extension of what you are already doing to be healthy. You can build your own compact first aid kit that is not only more natural, but kid friendly and even helpful in dealing with the stress that mishaps of life may bring. This natural first aid kit is compact and perfect for taking on trips camping , driving or flying. The 5 & 15ml (equal to 1/2 ounce) bottles of essential oils should be no problem to carry on a flight, although you can verify carry on restrictions with individual airlines before traveling. My first aid kit is not much more than my Everyday Oils collection - enough to treat most non-emergency situations in a natural way, some bandaids, antibiotic ointment and an instant ice pack. When you add essential oils to your first aid kit, make sure you are using quality therapeutic grade oils, preferably food-grade oils that are guaranteed to have no additives or chemicals in them which could actually be harmful if used for first aid. Here are some common first aid ailments and how we handle them with the Everyday Essential Oils Collection:

Cuts & scrapes - cleanse first with water & soap if available. Apply 1 drop of lavender or Purification oil to wound before covering with a bandaid. Lavender disinfects and speeds healing.

Bumps & bruises – apply PanAway to bump, only to unbroken skin for adults and older children. If there is a scrape on the bump, use Frankincense. Frankincense is gentle enough for newborns and toddlers, Young Living Frankincense can be applied undiluted directly on location to bump or wound.

Burns – apply lavender undiluted directly to the burn as soon as possible. Lavender stops the inflammation and can immediately start the healing. I’ve used this countless times, every time I apply right after injury, a blister never forms. Continue applying lavender (even every 5-10 minutes) until pain subsides. For sunburn, make your own lavender spray. Add 10 drops of lavender essential oil to a 4 ounce glass spray bottle, fill with water and keep in the fridge for cooling relief when sprayed directly on skin.

Cramps, muscle & PMS – apply 1-2 drops peppermint essential oil directly to sore muscle, to the abdomen for PMS.

Digestive issues - including nausea, diarrhea, travel sickness and IBS. Apply 1-2 drops of peppermint essential oil directly to the abdomen, for children under 3 use Peace & Calming or Lavender essential oils. If using Young Living’s food grade peppermint oil, add a drop to a 16 ounce glass of water and take small sips every 10 minutes until symptoms subside. Even just applying a drop on the vent of the car as you travel can help ease motion sickness for everyone.

Fever – Lavender is cooling and especially effective for children and infants. Peppermint is helpful for those over 3 years of age. Apply 1-2 drops of your oil of choice to the soles of the feet or along the spine, massaging into the back. Frankincense can also be added to the lavender or peppermint to enhance the cooling effect. Repeat every hour if needed.

Headache – apply lemon essential oil to the big toe. Peppermint and Thieves may also be helpful. PanAway is another option, applying 1-2 drops to the temples or back of the neck. Check out my drug-free headache relief post for specifics on techniques for applying the oils.

Insect bites – apply Purification blend directly to mosquito, spider bites and bee stings.

Itching – apply lavender undiluted directly to area of irritation.

Muscle injury – apply PanAway essential oil directly to point of injury. Layer peppermint oil on top to drive Panaway deeper into tissue. Repeat every hour until pain subsides.

Sinus Congestion – apply peppermint essential oil to bridge of nose. For congestion from allergies, apply lavender essential oil to the bridge of the nose.

Stress – apply lavender essential oil or Peace & Calming blend to the back of the neck, breath aroma in deeply to calm nerves. Frankincense is especially helpful in chaotic situations when you need to focus and relax. Apply frankincense to the temples, back of the neck or simply breath in the aroma. Any of these oils as well as Valor blend are also helpful in severe injury situations and can be inhaled or rubbed on to the soles of the feet on the way to seek medical treatment to calm those involved.

Essential oils are an easy, compact and effective way to deal with non-emergency situations in a natural way. Add them to your existing first aid kit for natural options that do not expire. For more information on specific usage in these and other situations, refer to an essential oil desk reference or other aromatherapy guide. Watch for my next post June 4th, with recipes for using essential oils for chemical free sunscreen and bug repellant!

In our family we have chosen to try these drug-free options for headache relief, simply because I’d rather save harsh drugs like ibuprofen as a last resort to pain relief. We have managed headaches and many other aches and pains with essential oils and avoided potential kidney and liver damage from overuse of questionable ingredients in over the counter drugs. My favorite Young Living essential oils are featured in this video: Lemon essential oil, PanAway essential oil, Peppermint essential oil & Progessence Plus essential oil. This information has not been evaluated by the FDA, I am not a medical doctor and am not diagnosing, treating or prescribing any medications. This is for entertainment purposes only. Enjoy!

Another way we manage headaches in our family is with some simple exercises. Try some of these the next time you start to feel a headache come on and maybe you can save the medications for more intense situations. Cold compresses and retreating to a quiet place when possible may also be helpful. Find what works for you and do it before the pain gets out of control.

Anxiety, depression and attention disorders are on the rise. I believe the causes are two-fold, first simply because we live in a culture saturated with unimportant things. We have thousands of choices we can make every day, from the foods we eat to products for our home and health. Marketing campaigns reach for our hearts, showing that we will be happy if we just purchase their goods and services. We can have instant gratification: on-demand movies, fast food and drugs to take away our symptoms in an hour. These are solutions targeted at making us content for the moment. It’s easy to fall into habits that can be harmful to us if we only have a short term fix in mind, leading to anxiety with so much information or depression from lack of contentment.

I believe a second cause of the increase in these health issues is the vast amount of chemicals we are exposed to every day. Some have even said today we are exposed to more chemicals in a day than people 100 years ago were exposed to in a lifetime. This does not even include chemicals we choose to subject ourselves to: over the counter & prescription drugs, plastics, untested cosmetic ingredients, perfumes and artificial fragrance. All of these chemicals can wreak havoc on our bodies and may cause hormonal imbalance which also may contribute to anxiety & depression.
I saw a mom with a newborn baby in the home fragrance aisle at the store the other day contemplating which “home scent” to purchase, I couldn’t help myself and I just told her to avoid using any of it around her kids, for their sake. Our children’s bodies and ours are being bombarded with chemicals, many of them we consciously are burning and “plugging in” to our homes, poisoning our air. We are chemical beings and all these fragranced products are causing chemical reactions in our bodies – the evidence is mounting that these chemicals are linked to anxiety, depression and attention disorders to name only a few. Over the counter and prescription drugs are even worse, with these and other health issues listed as potential side effects. I’m actually surprised at how many people ask if essential oils will interact with the drugs they are taking, yet don’t give a thought to using a home cleansing wipe labeled “harmful to humans and domestic animals” or consider how common household products and cosmetics are interfering with their prescriptions. Perfumes and artificial fragrance are known to disrupt hormones and the endocrine system making us more vulnerable to symptoms of anxiety, depression and attention disorders.

If you are truly looking for help with issues like anxiety, depression or attention disorders, you seriously have to consider cleaning up your environment, diet and personal care products. Essential oils may offer some promise for dealing with these but they cannot compensate for a lack of common sense and poor choices. I myself have used essential oils to deal with anxiety and depression but I have been careful to assess what might be triggering these symptoms in my body.

Anti-depressants are some of the most widely prescribed drugs, with prescribed usage doubling in just one decade: 1996-2005. Some studies have even shown that their effects may be questionable. Dr. Mercola offers some insight into this research and alternatives to prescription drugs even suggesting that placebos have as great an impact on improving your mood . Keeping this in mind, essential oils may be a great side-effect free option to try before going on medications. These suggestions have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any disease.

Lavender essential oil helps balance the body, may help with insomnia and is calming. Simply smelling something pleasant can have a positive effect on our psyche. Make sure you are using only a pure, food grade lavender essential oil. I met someone the other day who had a bad experience with lavender. After applying a drop to her pillow, she developed a horrible headache. If an essential oils is altered or diluted with any chemical, one can never really know what side effects may occur from fillers. It is always best to use essential oils from a trusted source that verifiies the ingredients of their products. Mine is Young Living essential oils because I know they have the highest quality control standards in the industry.

Frankincense essential oil may be helpful in alleviating symptoms of depression. I apply Frankincense to my face every day, it’s excellent and nourishing to the skin plus it gives a boost to my psyche. Frankincense can be diffused to improve concentration and mental clarity. Because of this quality, it would be a great choice for using when a student needs to get homework done. This is an excellent oil to use for anxiety – when you have a lot of things going on and you don’t know where to begin. This oil is clearly evidence of divine creation – one breath in and your mind is clear and focused for the most important task at hand.

Valor is a Young Living essential oil blend that has similar qualities to frankincense – simply because frankincense is one of it’s ingredients. It also contains spruce which is grounding and helps create positive memory. I used this in one of my yoga classes and afterwards one student commented that at the beginning of relaxation her mind was running in several directions. She said that the second she smelled Valor, her mind was completely cleared and she could just relax. This blend may also be a good choice for helping focus and dealing with attention disorders.

Peace & Calming is a Young Living blend of essential oils. It’s a blend that appeals to most people, it’s a sweeter smell with tangerine essential oil. Some think it evokes thoughts of childhood. Just applying a drop to your carotid artery as a natural perfume can be calming. When it is applied to the soles of the feet it can help move you into a peaceful nights rest. This would be a good choice for overactive children and pets, or adults who suffer from nervous tension.

Stress Away – Roll-On is a Young Living blend that contains vanilla & lime essential oils. This is another blend that works well as a natural perfume with positive side effects of calming you when you are experiencing anxiety.

Peppermint oil is the first choice for mental clarity for attention disorders. Simply applying the oil to the temples can improve concentration and focus. Diffusing peppermint oil when you are studying can help improve memory retention. Peppermint may also be useful in treating headaches brought on by anxiety or depression.

Essential oils have the potential to even out moods, balance our emotions and help improve our mental clarity. But first, it is important to clear your environment and personal exposure to man-made chemicals that may be contributing to these issues. If you are on a lot of medications, have intelligent conversations with your doctor or pharmicist about potential side effects. There are many natural, drug free solutions to anxiety, depression and attention disorders for those willing to do some research and tune into themselves to figure what might be triggering these symptoms in the first place.

Thanksgiving marks the beginning of the holiday season and for many, this time of year can be stress-filled. Whether the stress is related to family relationships, social obligations or finances the results can be harmful if gone unchecked. Chronic stress can leave us vulnerable to physical ailments like headaches, digestive issues, panic attacks, and back strains to name a few. I have experienced all of these at one time or another in my life, fortunately they have not become chronic conditions. Many of the skills I teach in my yoga classes help manage stress on a daily basis. Here are my top 10 stress busters:

1. Breathe! Yes, we need to breathe to survive, but often in times of stress we tend to hold our breath. This deprives our body of much needed oxygen and causes physical stress. Breathing is one way our body eliminates toxins, especially as we exhale. Practice regular breathing patterns when you realize you are getting tense. Diffusing stress relieving essential oils like frankincense and sandalwood can keep your thoughts focused and grounded.

2. Laugh - a joyful heart is good medicine. Research proves time and again that those with a positive outlook on life are healthier. Find what tickles your funny bone: watching a comedy, reading a joke book or watching kids or pets play can lighten your mood.

3. Play with a baby or child. If you don’t have your own children or are empty nesters, volunteer at a local day care or church. Life is so simple for these little ones and when you bring yourself down to their level, the stress of adult life can be put into perspective. Spending time with pets can help too. Visit a local animal shelter and give some TLC to animals in need.

4. Take a walk – simply getting a change of scenery can help diffuse stressful situations.

5. Take a hot shower or bath - water is very therapeutic. Add some lavender, breathe deeply and allow your physical body to relax.

6. Listen to some music – just make sure it is soothing music that will calm your nerves and sooth your soul. Classical, spa-type music or easy listening tunes can change your mood in an instant. Choose music to suit your personal preference, check out iTunes samplings or visit your local library if you are looking for new sounds.

7. Pray or Meditate – Read something inspirational, a devotional or scriptures from the book of Psalms. Diffuse tree oils like frankincense or cedarwood to increase your spiritual awareness.

8. Stretch – try some stress beating poses. Apply Valor to the soles of your feet to improve muscle memory and keep muscles relaxed. Applying oils like PanAway or Peace & Calming to your shoulders can help alleviate tension in the shoulders that might aggravate stress headaches.

9. Find a hobby you like – arts & crafts, gardening, reading, playing an instrument to name a few. Volunteering to help others can take the focus off your stressful situation.

10. Count your blessings – even writing them down and journaling can be helpful at all times, but especially helpful to work out your feelings on paper.

Lastly, get help if you can’t cope – talk with a friend, pastor or counselor if needed. It’s normal to feel overwhelmed or sad at times, but if these feelings continue over time or begin to cause physical symptoms that won’t go away it would be wise to seek professional help. Hopefully with some foresight and taking time to restore your body and soul amidst the holiday bustle, you can avoid any stress related ailments and have a Merry Christmas!

Many women have experienced hormone related problems at one time or another. Hormone imbalance can cause a host of symptoms, namely in PMS or menopausal symptoms. Dr. Dan Purser MD mentions the 7 dwarves of menopause: Sweaty, Bloaty, Sleepy, Forgetful, Itchy, Witchy and Psycho. Some common symptoms of PMS are backache, headache, bleeding, bloating, breast tenderness, mood swings and uterine fibroids.

There are natural ways to help bring back balance without resorting to synthetic hormone therapies. Several essential oils have estrogen-like properties and can be helpful with balancing hormones. The qualities in these oils are not an artificial estrogen, rather it occurs naturally in the plant material. Nothing has been added to these oils and nothing is taken out. Pharmaceutical companies have synthesized estrogen, but many synthetic hormones have been found harmful – even causing cancers. It is imperative that you have your hormone levels tested and consult with a doctor before using any hormone related products.

Some essential oils that may support hormone balance include anise, fennel, sage and clary sage. Therapeutic grade essential oils have hundreds of constituents in them that balance each other out for the benefit of the plant. When you use 1 drop of an essential oil, you are getting all these balanced constituents of the plant material in each drop.

Progessence Plus is Young Living’s newest topical serum made from wild yams and an essential oil blend. Wild yams offer a natural source of progesterone. The essential oils in this serum enhance the progesterone absorption through the skin. There are many thoughts on balancing hormones, and Dr. Dan Pursor has found in his practice that in order to balance out estrogen dominance, increasing the progesterone from a natural source will alleviate symptoms 98% of the time. You can read more about his studies in “Real Solutions For The Top 7 Female Health Concerns”. You can also access a document he has put together with FAQ’s on Progessence Plus Serum. Increased progesterone has shown to have many positive effects on women of all ages, but particularly those over 40 with combating osteoperosis, depression, bloating, headaches, hot flashes, weight gain and several forms of cancer.

Some other essential oil blends that can be helpful in balancing female issues are Dragon Time, SclarEssence, Lady Sclareol and Transformation. Dragon Time is also offered in a bath & shower gel. These blends include oils that support hormone health like sage, clary sage, yarrow and fennel.

Young Living offers other products that offer natural options for balancing hormones. Prenelone + and Prenelone cream contain pregnenolone from soy beans and boosts low estrogen, progesterone and DHEA levels. Progessence serum and Progessence cream are for estrogen dominance. The serum has shown to have an even quicker absorption than the cream. Regenolone cream is for women with muscle and joint pain and includes MSM to alleviate arthritis symptoms.

The information in this article is not meant to offer treatment for medical conditions, always consult with your medical professional before using hormone balancing products. There are many holistic doctors who can work with you individually to see what your body needs. There are many essential oil options to help bring relief to not only PMS symptoms for women of all ages, but for menopausal women as well.

Headaches can be caused by a number of things including hormone imbalances, blood sugar imbalances, stress, spinal irregularities and inflammation. Many over the counter medications offer temporary relief only to have a rebound effect once medications have worn off. I know if several individuals who personally have been attached to their OTC medications for headaches. Since everyone has different causes of headaches and different body chemistry, the oils that help them find relief from headaches may vary. These are only suggestions of essential oils that might help – Many essential oils have wonderful anti-inflammatory properties which might alleviate pressure. When applying oils to the temples be sure to keep them away from the eyes. Single oils that might be helpful include: Peppermint which is very cooling and anti-inflammatory, wintergreen, lavender, copaiba, valerian, chamomile (Roman & German), clove, rosemary, Eucalyptus globulus. I know if individuals who use Lemon oil on the big toe – which in reflexology is connected with the brain. You can consult your Essential Oils Desk Reference for the full Reflexology Chart.

Young Living has several blends of oils that might be useful for managing a headache: M-Grain (marjoram, lavender, peppermint, basil,Roman chamomile, helichrysum) Brain Power (frankincense, sandalwood, melissa, cedarwood, blue cypress, lavender, helichrysum) Clarity, Deep Relief Roll On (cardamom, rosemary, peppermint, basil, bergamot, geranium, jasmine, lemon, palmarosa,Roman chamomile, rosewood, ylang ylang) (peppermint, lemon,Idaho balsam fir,Copaiba, clove, wintergreen, helichrysum, vetiver,Palo Santo) and Relieve It (spruce, black pepper, peppermint, hyssop).
