Valor

Valor is a Young Living essential oil blend of

• rosewood – may balance emotions and uplift feelings of despair. Builds synergy with the other oils.
• Blue tansy – helps cleanse the liver and lymphatic system, assists in overcoming  negative emotions and instilling a feeling of self-control
• frankincense – supports healthy immune function and brings balance to the psyche by helping even out mood swings
• spruce – imparts a feeling of grounding and balance

This is one of my favorite blends because of it’s versatility.  Valor can help bring balance to the whole body: physical and emotional.  The frankincense and spruce in Valor may be helpful in managing attention disorders as they may help to improve focus and concentration.  Valor has been called by some a “chiropractor in a bottle” because studies on it have shown that when applied to the feet prior to a chiropractic visit, patients were adjusted quicker and their treatment lasted longer.  I use Valor in my one on one training sessions as I believe it can be helpful in creating positive “muscle memory.  Valor is also excellent for managing stress and for those times you need a bit more courage to go on with your day.  Valor essential oil would be an excellent choice to diffuse or apply before performances, concerts,  presentations or taking tests.
