Blue Yarrow – balances hormones and reduces inflammation. Lavender - relaxes and balances the body. Jasmine – used for muscle spasms, depression and nervous exhaustion. Dilute Dragon Time essential oil 1 part essential oil (EO) to 1 part vegetable oil (V-6 oil works well) Apply directly to abdomen. Apply 1-2 drops to wrists, neck, temples or foot via Vita Flex points. Apply with a hot compress over lower abdomen or lower back. May also be applied to both sides of the ankle and feet for female issues. When you consider that you are only using these oils a drop or two at a time, they are really economical.
